Alerts

You can set up alerts to notify you when your vessel's data usage reaches certain thresholds, and help prevent surprises on your airtime bill. To set up these alerts, select Usage Alerts from the main menu, or select Manage Alerts from the Plan Usage page.

You can choose either or both of the following options:

Alerts will be sent via text message and/or email to the main contact listed for the account.

IMPORTANT! Alerts are sent based on the usage information received from the carrier. Please be aware that carriers can take up to 48 hours to report usage.
